JESUS

Call upon the name all the time, God will answer you.

Introduction:

Jesus is the Son of God who left his exalted throne in Heaven, came to this world, and became the sacrificial lamb on the cross of Calvary to take away the sin of the whole world. In view of His humility, he obtained a name above all names that is all powerful which all knees bow to, and all tongues confess as the Lord. John 1:29, Galatians 1:4, Hebrews 9:26.

The Significance and the Power in the Name of Jesus.:

1.   Life comes through the name. John 20:31

2.   The highest gift a man can receive, the gift of the Holy Spirit is given by the name. Act 2:38

3.   The name works miracle: Act 3:6, Act 4:10

4.   Every monitoring Spirit can be hindered; Act 16:18

5.   The name brings fear to the enemies. Act 19:17

6.   Sanctification and Justification. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

7.   By the name every standing problems shall bow and pronouncement of evil shall fail. Philippians 2:10-11.

8.   The name of the Lord can be trusted Psalm 20:7-8

9.   By the name of the Lord, you can destroy all nations of evil. Psalm 118:10-12

10.  By the name you receive divine help and deliverance Psalm 124:8, Proverbs 18:10, Joel 2:32 

11.   You can be saved by the name Jesus Act 2:21

12.  Healing comes by the Name of Jesus. James 5:14

13.  Sins are forgiven by the name of Jesus. James 5:15

 

Summary:

The Name is all powerful. It is powerful when you call upon the name, and much more powerful when people see that you are called by that name Jesus, Deuteronomy 28:10. However, if you don’t know Jesus, the name can be dangerous for you. Act 19:13
